采用軌道利用率算法持續(xù)優(yōu)化自動發(fā)藥機(jī)內(nèi)藥品儲位管理
[Abstract]:Objective: to optimize the drug storage management in automatic drug dispenser and improve the drug delivery efficiency. Methods: the orbital utilization ratio of drugs in automatic drug dispenser was calculated. The optimal value of track utilization ratio was set to adjust the variety and the number of storage and release tracks of drugs in automatic dispenser in order to continuously optimize the storage management. Before optimization (March-June 2016) and after (July-October 2016), the distribution rate of automatic dispensing machine and real-time dispensing window were analyzed and compared. Results: the optimal value of track utilization was set to 67%. Drugs greater than this value increased the number of storage and release tracks, and drugs less than this value reduced the number of storage and release tracks or withdrew the drug dispenser. From March to October 2016, the two drug dispensers in our hospital adjusted 75 storage varieties and 127 tracks, and the number of storage and release increased by 158 boxes. Compared with pre-optimization (March), the distribution rate of automatic dispenser increased from 73.7% to 81.3% after optimization (October), and from 39.8% to 51.8% in real-time distribution window (P0.05). Conclusion: it is effective and continuous to optimize the storage space of drugs in the machine, increase the quantity of drugs stored in the machine, make full use of the automatic equipment and improve the efficiency of drug distribution by adjusting the variety and track number of drugs stored in the machine by using the algorithm of track utilization ratio.
