【摘要】：從技術(shù)創(chuàng)新和審評(píng)方式的角度,介紹了2014年FDA批準(zhǔn)上市新藥的總體情況。對(duì)藥物研發(fā)市場(chǎng)的熱點(diǎn)治療領(lǐng)域(腫瘤、代謝疾病、感染性疾病等)及其罕見病領(lǐng)域的重點(diǎn)藥物,從作用機(jī)制角度逐一進(jìn)行介紹和評(píng)述,并就新藥研發(fā)的現(xiàn)狀與趨勢(shì)進(jìn)行分析。
[Abstract]:From the point of view of technology innovation and review method, this paper introduces the general situation of FDA approval of new drugs in market in 2014. In this paper, the hot fields of drug research and development (tumor, metabolic diseases, infectious diseases, etc.) and the key drugs in the field of rare diseases are introduced and reviewed one by one, and the current situation and trend of new drug research and development are analyzed one by one from the point of view of the mechanism of action.
