【摘要】：目的觀(guān)察一種女性護(hù)理液體外抑菌效果,為實(shí)際應(yīng)用提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。方法采用定量抑菌試驗(yàn)方法,對(duì)一種含乳酸素的女性護(hù)理泡沫制劑體外抑菌效果進(jìn)行觀(guān)察。結(jié)果該女性護(hù)理液原液呈弱酸性,p H值為4.5。含乳酸素的該女性護(hù)理液原液對(duì)金黃色葡萄球菌和白色念珠菌作用10 min,抑菌率達(dá)到90%以上;對(duì)大腸桿菌作用20 min,抑菌率也達(dá)到90%以上。結(jié)論該女性護(hù)理液對(duì)細(xì)菌繁殖體和真菌均具有一定的抑菌效果。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the bacteriostatic effect of a kind of female nursing liquid in vitro, and to provide scientific basis for practical application. Methods the bacteriostatic effect of a kind of female nursing foam preparation containing lactic acid in vitro was observed by quantitative bacteriostatic test. Results the raw fluid of the female nursing fluid was weakly acidic, the pH value was 4.5. The antibacterial rate of the female nursing solution containing lactic acid on Staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans exposed to 10 min, was more than 90%, and that of Escherichia coli treated with 20 min, was more than 90%. Conclusion the female nursing solution has a certain bacteriostatic effect on both bacterial reproduction and fungi.
