【摘要】：全營(yíng)養(yǎng)混合液作為腸外營(yíng)養(yǎng)支持療法的必備工具,一直在臨床廣泛應(yīng)用。但由于其配方特殊,組分復(fù)雜,為確保治療安全、有效,其穩(wěn)定性及相容性一直倍受關(guān)注。隨著分析方法及儀器的不斷發(fā)展,人們對(duì)腸外營(yíng)養(yǎng)液穩(wěn)定性及相容性的認(rèn)識(shí)逐步深入。本文針對(duì)腸外營(yíng)養(yǎng)液中各成分穩(wěn)定性及相容性評(píng)價(jià)技術(shù)進(jìn)行綜述,闡述各種技術(shù)的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)及應(yīng)用情況,為合理開(kāi)展腸外營(yíng)養(yǎng)液安全性評(píng)價(jià)提供依據(jù)與支持。
[Abstract]:As a necessary tool of parenteral nutrition support therapy, total nutrition mixture has been widely used in clinic. However, because of its special formula and complex composition, its stability and compatibility have been paid much attention to in order to ensure the safety and effectiveness of treatment. With the development of analytical methods and instruments, people gradually understand the stability and compatibility of parenteral nutrition solution. In this paper, the stability and compatibility evaluation techniques of each component in parenteral nutrition solution are reviewed, the advantages, disadvantages and applications of these techniques are described, which provides the basis and support for the reasonable evaluation of the safety of parenteral nutrition solution.
