【摘要】：本文旨在構建臨床研究協(xié)調(diào)員勝任特征模型并確定各特征要素的權重。通過文獻研究、工作分析,結合專家意見構建臨床研究協(xié)調(diào)員勝任特征模型,共分為知識、技能、特質(zhì)、動機4個一級指標和23個二級指標,運用Satty 9標標度法請專家對各項勝任特征進行兩兩比較,通過層次分析法軟件Yaahp確定各項勝任特征的權重。按照層次分析結果,將權重大于0.05的勝任特征定義為關鍵勝任特征。成為一名合格的臨床研究協(xié)調(diào)員的關鍵勝任特征包括責任心、臨床試驗操作流程SOP、成就導向、試驗相關資料、服務導向、嚴謹細致、主動性。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this paper is to construct the competency model of clinical research coordinator and determine the weight of each feature element. Through literature research, work analysis and expert opinion, the competency model of clinical research coordinator is constructed, which is divided into four primary indexes of knowledge, skill, trait, motivation and 23 secondary indexes. By using Satty 9 scale method, experts are asked to compare each competency, and the weight of each competency is determined by the analytic hierarchy process software Yaahp. According to the analytic hierarchy process (AHP), the competency with weight greater than 0.05 is defined as the key competency. The key competencies of becoming a qualified clinical research coordinator include responsibility, SOP, achievement orientation of clinical trial procedure, test related materials, service orientation, rigor and meticulous, initiative.
