【摘要】：本文旨在構(gòu)建臨床研究協(xié)調(diào)員勝任特征模型并確定各特征要素的權(quán)重。通過文獻(xiàn)研究、工作分析,結(jié)合專家意見構(gòu)建臨床研究協(xié)調(diào)員勝任特征模型,共分為知識(shí)、技能、特質(zhì)、動(dòng)機(jī)4個(gè)一級(jí)指標(biāo)和23個(gè)二級(jí)指標(biāo),運(yùn)用Satty 9標(biāo)標(biāo)度法請(qǐng)專家對(duì)各項(xiàng)勝任特征進(jìn)行兩兩比較,通過層次分析法軟件Yaahp確定各項(xiàng)勝任特征的權(quán)重。按照層次分析結(jié)果,將權(quán)重大于0.05的勝任特征定義為關(guān)鍵勝任特征。成為一名合格的臨床研究協(xié)調(diào)員的關(guān)鍵勝任特征包括責(zé)任心、臨床試驗(yàn)操作流程SOP、成就導(dǎo)向、試驗(yàn)相關(guān)資料、服務(wù)導(dǎo)向、嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)細(xì)致、主動(dòng)性。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this paper is to construct the competency model of clinical research coordinator and determine the weight of each feature element. Through literature research, work analysis and expert opinion, the competency model of clinical research coordinator is constructed, which is divided into four primary indexes of knowledge, skill, trait, motivation and 23 secondary indexes. By using Satty 9 scale method, experts are asked to compare each competency, and the weight of each competency is determined by the analytic hierarchy process software Yaahp. According to the analytic hierarchy process (AHP), the competency with weight greater than 0.05 is defined as the key competency. The key competencies of becoming a qualified clinical research coordinator include responsibility, SOP, achievement orientation of clinical trial procedure, test related materials, service orientation, rigor and meticulous, initiative.
