【摘要】：2016年5月,我國公布首批專利藥國家談判結(jié)果,降價效果顯著。隨后,國家及各省紛紛出臺相關(guān)政策文件就專利藥國家談判結(jié)果的落實作出規(guī)定。本文從醫(yī)院采購與臨床使用以及醫(yī)保目錄準入與報銷政策兩方面分析我國談判藥品落實情況,探究我國創(chuàng)新藥物市場準入機制的完善意見。
[Abstract]:In May 2016, China announced the results of national negotiations on the first batch of patented drugs. Subsequently, the state and provinces have issued relevant policy documents on the implementation of national patent drug negotiations. This paper analyzes the implementation of negotiated drugs in China from the aspects of hospital procurement and clinical use, as well as the access to medical insurance catalogue and reimbursement policy, and probes into the perfection of the market access mechanism of innovative drugs in China.
