阿法替尼的合成路線圖解

【摘要】:分析阿法替尼(1)及其關(guān)鍵中間體4-[(3-氯-4-氟苯基)氨基]-6-硝基-7-[(S)-(四氫呋喃-3-基)-氧基]-喹唑啉(12)的合成方法,找到適合工業(yè)化生產(chǎn)的合成路線。通過中間體12合成阿法替尼的方法工藝簡單,成本低,適合工業(yè)化生產(chǎn)。
[Abstract]:Analysis of the synthesis of afatinib (1) and its key intermediate 4- [(3-chloro-4-fluorophenyl) amino] -6-nitro-7- [(S)-(tetrahydrofuran-3-yl) -oxy] -quinazoline (12), Find a synthetic route suitable for industrial production. The method of synthesizing afatinib by intermediate 12 is simple, low cost and suitable for industrial production.
