【摘要】：正質(zhì)子泵抑制劑(proton pump inhibitors,PPI)通過阻礙胃壁細(xì)胞H+-K+-ATP酶發(fā)揮抑制胃酸分泌的作用,是目前最有效的胃酸分泌抑制劑和抗?jié)兯幬铩３Ｓ糜谑改c潰瘍、胃潰瘍、反流性食管炎、根除幽門螺桿菌(HP)和卓艾綜合征(胃泌素瘤)等病,是治療消化性潰瘍病的良藥。但是PPI作為強(qiáng)效抑酸藥,會(huì)降低胃液中H+濃度,促使胃液pH升高,造成胃內(nèi)環(huán)境的明顯改變,影響某
[Abstract]:Positive proton pump inhibitor (proton pump inhibitors,PPI) inhibits gastric acid secretion by blocking H-K-ATP enzyme in gastric parietal cells and is the most effective inhibitor and anti-ulcer drug. It is commonly used in duodenal ulcer, gastric ulcer, reflux esophagitis, eradication of Helicobacter pylori (HP) and Zhuoai syndrome (gastrinoma) and is a good medicine for peptic ulcer. However, PPI, as a powerful acid suppressant, can reduce H concentration in gastric juice, promote the increase of pH in gastric juice, and cause obvious changes in gastric environment, which affects a certain amount of H in gastric juice.
