【摘要】：目的:建立同時(shí)測(cè)定L-谷氨酰胺呱侖酸鈉顆粒中2種主成分含量的方法。方法:采用毛細(xì)管電泳法。分離柱為未涂層熔融石英毛細(xì)管柱,運(yùn)行緩沖液為40 mmol/L硼砂緩沖液(p H=9.22),樣品緩沖液為4 mmol/L硼酸緩沖液(p H=6.97),溫度為20℃;進(jìn)樣方式為壓力進(jìn)樣,進(jìn)樣壓力為0.5 psi,進(jìn)樣時(shí)間為5 s,分離電壓為15 kV,檢測(cè)波長(zhǎng)為220 nm。結(jié)果:L-谷氨酰胺和呱侖酸鈉質(zhì)量濃度分別在0.332 5~13.30 mg/ml(r=0.999 3)和1.00~40.0μg/ml(r=0.998 3)范圍內(nèi)與各自峰面積呈良好的線性關(guān)系;精密度、穩(wěn)定性試驗(yàn)的RSD≤2.83%;平均加樣回收率分別為98.33%(RSD=4.50%,n=9)和100.03%(RSD=4.98%,n=9)。結(jié)論:該方法操作簡(jiǎn)便,結(jié)果靈敏、準(zhǔn)確性高,可用于L-谷氨酰胺呱侖酸鈉顆粒中2種主成分的含量測(cè)定。
