【摘要】：目的研究一種過氧乙酸一元制劑殺菌效果及理化性能,為實(shí)際消毒應(yīng)用提供參考依據(jù)。方法采用懸液定量殺菌試驗(yàn)和理化分析方法 ,對(duì)該一元過氧乙酸消毒液消毒相關(guān)性能進(jìn)行了實(shí)驗(yàn)室觀察。結(jié)果該一元過氧乙酸原液含量為55 g/L,屬于低濃度穩(wěn)定制劑。用濃度為2 000 mg/L的該過氧乙酸消毒液對(duì)懸液內(nèi)金黃色葡萄球菌、大腸桿菌、產(chǎn)氣莢膜梭菌和銅綠假單胞菌作用5 min,殺滅對(duì)數(shù)值6.50,殺滅率為100%。濃度為2 000 mg/L的該過氧乙酸消毒液浸泡144 h對(duì)不銹鋼基本無腐蝕,對(duì)碳鋼、鋁和銅分別為中度腐蝕和重度腐蝕。該一元過氧乙酸消毒液于54℃儲(chǔ)存12 d,其濃度下降率5.0%。結(jié)論該一元型過氧乙酸消毒液具有良好的殺菌效果,性能穩(wěn)定。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the bactericidal effect and physicochemical properties of a single peracetic acid preparation and to provide reference for practical disinfection application. Methods suspension quantitative germicidal test and physicochemical analysis were used to observe the disinfectant properties of the monobasic peracetic acid disinfectant. Results the content of the monobasic peracetic acid was 55 g / L, which was a low concentration stable preparation. The concentration of 2 000 mg/L peracetic acid disinfection solution was used to kill Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Clostridium perfringens and Pseudomonas aeruginosa in suspension for 5 min,. The peracetic acid disinfectant with concentration of 2 000 mg/L had no corrosion on stainless steel for 144h, moderate corrosion and severe corrosion on carbon steel, aluminum and copper, respectively.
