三氯化鋁絡(luò)合橙皮苷半合成地奧司明的方法

【摘要】:目的改進(jìn)地奧司明的半合成路線。方法橙皮苷與三氯化鋁絡(luò)合,溶于甲醇中,以吡啶為除酸劑,碘為脫氫劑,生成地奧司明絡(luò)合物,再經(jīng)磷酸脫鋁離子,即得到地奧司明。結(jié)果以橙皮苷計(jì),地奧司明的收率為96.4%,純度為93.7%,熔點(diǎn)為278.6℃,在254、266、345 nm處有最大吸收,與對照品在薄層色譜上的Rf值和顯色情況一致。結(jié)論該合成路線中的吡啶用量減少80%,反應(yīng)體系為溶液型,條件溫和,后處理簡單,收率較高,具有工業(yè)化生產(chǎn)能力。

Methods Diosmin complex was formed by complexing hesperidin with aluminum trichloride, dissolved in methanol, pyridine as acid remover, iodine as dehydrogenant, and then dealuminized by phosphoric acid.
