上海醫(yī)藥工業(yè)研究院近年來化學(xué)藥物合成工藝研究進展

【摘要】:上海醫(yī)藥工業(yè)研究院最近10年,在化學(xué)藥物合成工藝的研究方面取得了一定成績,其中3個項目獲國家科技進步二等獎,3個項目獲上海市科技進步一等獎。本文主要依據(jù)我院近十年來已公開發(fā)表的論文,分3部分進行總結(jié)和討論:1.保留原路線的工藝改進,涉及下列藥物的合成方法 :奧氮平、比阿培南、群多普利、阿戈美拉汀、吉非替尼、米諾膦酸、替羅非班、纈沙坦、阿福特羅、瑞他莫林、尼洛替尼、阿瑞匹坦、馬西替坦、右哌甲酯、麻黃堿和依折麥布;2.重新設(shè)計合成路線,包括非那嗪奈、替比夫定、決奈達隆、沃替西汀、雷美替胺、西格列汀、達泊西汀、SIPI-4884、泊馬度胺、羅氟司特、卡利拉嗪、吡喹酮等12個藥物的合成;3.有機反應(yīng)方法學(xué)研究。
[Abstract]:In the last 10 years, Shanghai Institute of Pharmaceutical Industry has made some achievements in the research of synthetic technology of chemical drugs, among which three projects have won the second prize of national scientific and technological progress, and three projects have won the first prize of scientific and technological progress in Shanghai. This paper is mainly based on the published papers of our hospital in the past ten years, which is divided into three parts: 1. The process improvement of retaining the original route involves the synthesis of olanzapine, biapenem, Condolopril, agomelatin, gefitinib, minophosphonic acid, tirofiban, valsartan, afloterol, retamole, Nilotinib, Arepitan, Macetitan, dexamphenidate, ephedrine and Ezeimebum; 2. The synthetic route was redesigned, including the synthesis of phenazinone, tebivudine, monedalon, wattecetine, remetidine, ciglutin, dapoxetine, SIPI-4884, pormadamide, roflustrine, caripramine, praziquantel, etc. 3. Study on Organic reaction Methodology.
