【摘要】：目的:系統(tǒng)評價中國人群CYP4F2基因多態(tài)性與華法林維持劑量的關系,以為臨床治療提供循證參考。方法:計算機檢索Cochrane圖書館、Pub Med、EMBase、相關期刊論文、中文科技期刊數(shù)據(jù)庫和萬方數(shù)據(jù)庫,收集中國人群CYP4F2基因多態(tài)性與華法林維持劑量關系的研究,提取資料并進行質量評價后,采用Rev Man 5.0統(tǒng)計軟件進行Meta分析。結果:共納入13項研究,合計2 958例患者,基因檢測結果分為TT、CT和CC型。Meta分析結果顯示,CYP4F2的3種基因型華法林穩(wěn)定劑量的關系為:TT型CT型CC型,各組間比較差異均有統(tǒng)計學意義。結論:中國人群CYP4F2基因多態(tài)性與華法林維持劑量有顯著相關性。受納入研究方法學質量的限制,該結論有待大樣本、高質量的研究進一步驗證。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the relationship between CYP4F2 gene polymorphism and warfarin maintenance dose in Chinese population, and to provide evidence-based reference for clinical treatment. Methods: Cochrane library, Pub Med,EMBase, full text database, Chinese sci-tech journal database and Wanfang database were searched by computer. The relationship between CYP4F2 gene polymorphism and warfarin maintenance dose was collected. After extracting the data and evaluating the quality, Meta analysis was carried out by Rev Man 5.0 statistical software. Results: a total of 2 958 patients were included in 13 studies. The results of gene detection were divided into TT,CT and CC types. Meta analysis showed that the stable dose relationship of warfarin genotypes of CYP4F2 was TT CT CC. There were significant differences between the groups. Conclusion: there is a significant correlation between CYP4F2 gene polymorphism and warfarin maintenance dose in Chinese population. Limited by the quality of methodology included in the study, this conclusion needs to be further verified by a large sample of high-quality research.
