【摘要】：正氟哌噻噸美利曲辛片(黛力新)是一種由鹽酸氟哌噻噸和鹽酸美利曲辛組成的復(fù)方制劑。氟哌噻噸,一種噻噸類神經(jīng)阻滯劑,小劑量具有抗焦慮、抗抑郁作用。美利曲辛是一種雙相抗抑郁劑,低劑量應(yīng)用時,具有興奮特性。黛力新用于治療輕、中度抑郁和焦慮,尤其是治療心身疾病伴發(fā)的焦慮抑郁~([1-3])。近年來該藥在癌性疼痛的聯(lián)合治療中也有較好運用,且取得了
[Abstract]:N-droperazidone-metriaxine tablets (Delixine) is a compound preparation composed of droperazothioate hydrochloride and melitaxine hydrochloride. Droperazide, a neuroblocker with low doses of antianxiety and antidepressant. Melitaxine is a biphasic antidepressant with excitatory properties when used at low doses. Delyxin is used to treat mild and moderate depression and anxiety, especially those associated with psychosomatic disorders ([1-3]). In recent years, the drug has been used well in the combined treatment of cancer pain.
