[Abstract]:Zhengdigoxin is one of the commonly used digitalis cardiopharmaceuticals, which is used to treat cardiac insufficiency and supraventricular tachycardia, but its safety range is narrow, adverse reaction is large, and 10 mg (40 tablets) can lead to death. This paper reports the successful cases of more than 50 digoxin tablets, repeated ventricular fibrillation, 12 defibrillation, HP combined with CRRT for 38 days. 1 male, 49 years old, took more than 50 digoxin tablets for 13 h on January 27, 2013, and brought them to the emergency department at 21:31 on January 27, 2013.
