【摘要】：隨著臨床藥學(xué)學(xué)科的發(fā)展進(jìn)步和國(guó)內(nèi)城市公立醫(yī)院綜合改革的穩(wěn)步推進(jìn),公立醫(yī)院藥品零差率全面實(shí)施,大型綜合性醫(yī)院藥學(xué)學(xué)科面臨由利益中心轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)槌杀局行?學(xué)科前景不明、處境困難的巨大挑戰(zhàn)。藥學(xué)學(xué)科順應(yīng)時(shí)勢(shì),主動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)型與應(yīng)對(duì)刻不容緩。以建立醫(yī)企合作一體化藥品集中采供管護(hù)新模式為探索,以全程化藥品管理信息平臺(tái)為支撐,加快醫(yī)院藥學(xué)部角色定位與職能轉(zhuǎn)變,加強(qiáng)人才培養(yǎng),提升藥學(xué)專(zhuān)業(yè)服務(wù)價(jià)值,促進(jìn)藥學(xué)學(xué)科內(nèi)涵深化,增強(qiáng)學(xué)科專(zhuān)業(yè)實(shí)力,有利于實(shí)現(xiàn)藥學(xué)學(xué)科的成功轉(zhuǎn)型。
[Abstract]:With the development and progress of clinical pharmacy and the steady progress of comprehensive reform of public hospitals in China, the zero-difference rate of drugs in public hospitals has been fully implemented, and the pharmacology of large general hospitals is facing the transformation from a center of interests to a center of cost. The great challenge of the uncertain future and difficult situation of the subject. Pharmaceutical discipline adapts to the times, and it is urgent to take the initiative to transform and deal with it. In order to establish a new mode of centralized drug collection and management and nursing, to accelerate the role orientation and function change of hospital pharmacy department, to strengthen the training of talents, and to enhance the service value of pharmaceutical specialty, with the support of the whole process drug management information platform. To promote the deepening of the connotation of pharmacology and enhance the strength of the discipline is conducive to the successful transformation of pharmacology.
