左氧氟沙星-N-氧化物對(duì)映體的手性分離研究

【摘要】:目的建立左氧氟沙星-N-氧化物手性分離和光學(xué)純度檢查的高效液相色譜方法。方法色譜柱采用十八烷基硅烷鍵和硅膠為填充劑,流動(dòng)相為D-苯丙氨酸硫酸銅溶液-甲醇(80∶20),流速為1.0 m L·min-1;檢測(cè)波長(zhǎng)330 nm,柱溫:40℃。結(jié)果在此條件下,左氧氟沙星-N-氧化物及其對(duì)映體能夠達(dá)到基線分離,分離度為3.2。結(jié)論簡(jiǎn)單快速,重復(fù)性好,能夠用于左氧氟沙星-N-氧化物對(duì)映體的分離和純度考察。
