【摘要】：目的:為鹽酸特比萘芬新劑型、經(jīng)皮給藥制劑的研發(fā)提供參考。方法:以"特比萘芬""醇質(zhì)體""納米乳""Terbinafine hydrochloride"等為關(guān)鍵詞,組合檢索1995年1月-2015年8月在中國知網(wǎng)中收錄的鹽酸特比萘芬文獻(xiàn),綜述其療效研究、藥動(dòng)學(xué)研究、臨床常用劑型以及新劑型、新載藥體制備工藝的研究前景和方向。結(jié)果:共查閱到相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)2 769篇,其中有效文獻(xiàn)26篇。鹽酸特比萘芬抗真菌機(jī)制明確,抗真菌譜廣,療效確切;近年臨床上作為一線抗真菌皮膚病用藥,藥動(dòng)學(xué)研究文獻(xiàn)詳實(shí);臨床常用劑型多而各有用藥特點(diǎn);新劑型、新載藥制備工藝較少,主要有納米乳、固體脂質(zhì)納米粒、β-環(huán)糊精包合物、二元醇質(zhì)體等。結(jié)論:現(xiàn)代載藥制備工藝的不斷深入研究和不斷創(chuàng)新,為制備高效低毒新劑型、經(jīng)皮給藥制劑打下了堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to provide a reference for the development of a new formulation of terbinafine hydrochloride and transdermal drug delivery. Methods: the terbinafine hydrochloride literature collected from January 1995 to August 2015 was searched for the terbinafine hydrochloride literature from January 1995 to August 2015. The therapeutic effect and pharmacokinetics of terbinafine hydrochloride were reviewed. The research prospect and direction of clinical commonly used dosage form, new dosage form and new drug carrier preparation technology. Results: a total of 2769 articles were reviewed, of which 26 were valid. The antifungal mechanism of terbinafine hydrochloride is clear, the antifungal spectrum is wide and the curative effect is definite. In recent years, the pharmacokinetics of terbinafine hydrochloride as a first-line antifungal dermatosis drug is well documented. New dosage form, new drug carrier preparation technology is less, mainly has nanometer emulsion, solid lipid nanoparticles, 尾 -cyclodextrin inclusion complex, diol plastids and so on. Conclusion: the further study and innovation of the modern preparation technology of drug loading have laid a solid foundation for the preparation of new formulations of high efficiency and low toxicity and transdermal drug delivery.
