【摘要】：過期藥品逆向物流網絡設計成為醫(yī)藥安全領域迫切需要解決的關鍵問題.本文考慮居民的選擇行為,引入回收企業(yè)對居民區(qū)以及政府對回收企業(yè)的補貼激勵,構建了基于雙層規(guī)劃的過期藥品逆向物流網絡優(yōu)化模型,并設計了求解該模型的分層遺傳算法,通過算例得到了不同方案下過期藥品逆向物流由分散到集中的網絡結構.此外,考慮兩種激勵策略及模型參數(shù)的影響,設計四個實驗進行分析討論,研究表明:同時加大對醫(yī)藥企業(yè)及居民區(qū)的補貼策略更有利于調動企業(yè)及居民參與回收過期藥品的積極性;企業(yè)成本與居民區(qū)成本存在此消彼長的相互作用關系;單位藥品運輸成本對居民區(qū)成本有較大影響,而居民區(qū)擁有過期藥品的數(shù)量對企業(yè)和居民區(qū)成本均有明顯影響.
[Abstract]:The reverse logistics network design of expired drugs has become a key problem in the field of pharmaceutical safety. In this paper, considering the residents' choice behavior and introducing the subsidy incentives of recycling enterprises to residential areas and government to recycling enterprises, an optimization model of reverse logistics network of expired drugs based on bilevel programming is constructed. A hierarchical genetic algorithm is designed to solve the model. The network structure of reverse logistics of expired drugs is obtained by examples. In addition, considering the influence of two kinds of incentive strategies and model parameters, four experiments are designed to analyze and discuss. The research shows that increasing the subsidy strategy to pharmaceutical enterprises and residential areas is more helpful to arouse the enthusiasm of enterprises and residents to participate in the recovery of expired drugs; There is a mutual relationship between the cost of enterprise and the cost of residential area, the cost of unit drug transportation has great influence on the cost of residential area, and the quantity of expired drugs in residential area has obvious influence on the cost of enterprise and residential area.
