改裝滾輪微針促進人增生性瘢痕皮膚對醋酸曲安奈德的吸收
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of modified roller microneedle on the penetration of triamcinolone acetonide acetate in human hypertrophic scar skin. Methods the morphology of human hypertrophic scar skin was observed by methylene blue and H-E staining, and the content of triamcinolone acetonide acetate was determined by HPLC. The in vivo absorption of triamcinolone acetonide acetate in hypertrophic scar skin was investigated by elution method and homogenate method. The skin irritation of hypertrophic scar skin was investigated by percutaneous water loss (TEWL) method and laser Doppler blood flow method. Results the selected microneedles with a length of 500 渭 m could effectively penetrate the cuticle, and the distribution of the micropores was relatively uniform, and 27.42% of the drugs were absorbed into the skin after treatment for 1h and 12h respectively. After 12 hours of administration, the amount of residual drug in the skin of triamcinolone acetonide acetate decreased to 45.98 after intradermal injection of triamcinolone acetonide acetate, while the microneedle and direct application of triamcinolone acetonide acetate cream increased to 2.734.18 times, respectively. The amount of drug remaining in the skin of the microneedle group was 3.56 times of that of the direct coating cream group (P0.05). The distribution of drug dose in the skin was not uniform at 12 hours after intradermal injection, the mean value was (4.83 鹵5.51) 渭 g, and that in the microneedle group was (0.93 鹵0.14) 渭 g. There was no significant difference in skin irritation between microneedle treatment and intradermal injection by TEWL method, but the skin irritation by laser Doppler blood flow method was 8.40 times as much as that of micro-needle injection. Conclusion compared with intradermal injection of triamcinolone acetonide acetate, triamcinolone acetonide acetate is absorbed uniformly in human hypertrophic scar, and the skin irritation is less, but the effect of scar treatment needs to be further verified.
