【摘要】：目的:加強(qiáng)藥品盤(pán)點(diǎn)監(jiān)管,提高藥品管理水平。方法:提取2011-2014年我院藥品盤(pán)點(diǎn)數(shù)據(jù),從賬物相符率、盤(pán)存盈虧率、部門(mén)間出入賬、盤(pán)點(diǎn)原始記錄等方面進(jìn)行分析,制訂加強(qiáng)盤(pán)點(diǎn)的監(jiān)管措施,并統(tǒng)計(jì)2015年1-6月的盤(pán)點(diǎn)數(shù)據(jù)以評(píng)價(jià)監(jiān)管效果。結(jié)果:通過(guò)限制盤(pán)存盈虧?rùn)?quán)限、加強(qiáng)盤(pán)點(diǎn)原始記錄管理、建立《重點(diǎn)藥品目錄》、設(shè)立藥品盤(pán)點(diǎn)監(jiān)督機(jī)構(gòu)等各項(xiàng)措施加強(qiáng)了對(duì)藥品盤(pán)點(diǎn)的監(jiān)管。2015年1-6月,我院藥品盤(pán)點(diǎn)賬物相符率、盤(pán)存盈虧金額、物資安全、資金流轉(zhuǎn)率、人員責(zé)任心、盤(pán)點(diǎn)耗時(shí)等方面改善效果明顯,其中賬物相符率由約82.8%提高到95%以上,重點(diǎn)藥品賬物相符率與部門(mén)間出入賬金額相符率皆達(dá)到100%,盤(pán)存盈虧率由約7.6%降低至0.3%以下,盤(pán)點(diǎn)耗時(shí)由10 h縮短為3 h。結(jié)論:加強(qiáng)藥品盤(pán)點(diǎn)的監(jiān)管,不僅能顯著提高盤(pán)點(diǎn)的效率和質(zhì)量,還有利于醫(yī)院藥學(xué)其他工作的良好開(kāi)展。
[Abstract]:Objective: to strengthen the supervision of drug inventory and improve the level of drug management. Methods: the data of pharmaceutical inventory in our hospital from 2011 to 2014 were extracted and analyzed from the aspects of consistency ratio, profit and loss ratio of inventory, inter-department entry, inventory original record and so on, and the measures to strengthen the supervision and control of inventory were worked out. And statistics of January-June 2015 inventory data to evaluate the effectiveness of supervision. Results: the supervision of drug inventory was strengthened by restricting the power of profit and loss of inventory, strengthening the management of the original inventory record, establishing the catalogue of key drugs, and setting up the supervisory organization for the inventory of drugs. In our hospital, the matching rate of inventory items, the profit and loss of inventory, the safety of materials, the flow rate of funds, the responsibility of personnel, the time consuming of inventory, and so on have been improved obviously. Among them, the matching rate of accounts and materials has increased from about 82.8% to more than 95%. The matching rate of key drug accounts and the amount of money recorded between departments reached 100%, the inventory profit and loss ratio decreased from about 7.6% to less than 0.3%, and the inventory time was shortened from 10 hours to 3 hours. Conclusion: strengthening the supervision of drug inventory can not only significantly improve the efficiency and quality of the inventory, but also be beneficial to the good development of other pharmaceutical work in hospital.
