基于校企聯(lián)合的醫(yī)藥管理類研究生培養(yǎng)模式探討

【摘要】:目的:探討醫(yī)藥管理類研究生的培養(yǎng)方式,以為提高醫(yī)藥管理類研究生的教學(xué)質(zhì)量提供參考。方法:以醫(yī)藥管理類研究生目前培養(yǎng)模式存在的問題為出發(fā)點,對校企聯(lián)合模式的建立基礎(chǔ)、可行性及實施過程進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果與結(jié)論:校企聯(lián)合培養(yǎng)模式能真正使教師、學(xué)生及企業(yè)達(dá)到多贏局面;同時,通過對校企聯(lián)合培養(yǎng)模式的可行性分析,提出了多層次的評價體系和模糊綜合評價的績效評價法,可最終實現(xiàn)從操作層面進(jìn)行研究生培養(yǎng)管理新模式的探索;但在知識產(chǎn)權(quán)的歸屬、技術(shù)保密、研究生的人身安全等方面還存在一定的問題,尚需進(jìn)一步完善。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the training methods of medical management graduate students in order to provide reference for improving the teaching quality of medical management graduate students. Methods: based on the problems existing in the current training model of medical management graduate students, the foundation, feasibility and implementation process of the joint school and enterprise model were analyzed. Results & conclusion: the joint training model of school and enterprise can really make teachers, students and enterprises achieve multi-win situation. At the same time, by analyzing the feasibility of the joint training model of school and enterprise, this paper puts forward a multi-level evaluation system and a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of performance evaluation, which can finally realize the exploration of a new mode of postgraduate training management from the operational level. However, there are still some problems in the ownership of intellectual property, technical secrecy, personal safety of graduate students and so on, which need to be further improved.
