【摘要】：對(duì)磺胺醋酰鈉的合成工藝進(jìn)行改進(jìn),考察催化劑、p H、反應(yīng)溫度、反應(yīng)時(shí)間、加樣方式對(duì)磺胺醋酰產(chǎn)率的影響,用不同溶劑的氫氧化鈉溶液與其成鹽。結(jié)果表明,55℃,不加催化劑,醋酐和Na OH,同時(shí)分次加入或者控制p H、醋酐和Na OH一次性全部加入,反應(yīng)時(shí)間0.5~1 h,磺胺醋酰的產(chǎn)率分別為73.5%,73.7%,用5%Na OH乙醇溶液與磺胺醋酰成鹽,可提高磺胺醋酰鈉的收率。
