丁螺環(huán)酮和米安色林對梁氏情境應(yīng)激箱誘導(dǎo)小鼠焦慮和抑郁樣行為的影響
[Abstract]:Objective to design and establish the Liang's situational stress box, and to evaluate the inducing effect of Liang's situational stress box on anxiety and / or depression-like emotional response in mice by observing the effect of antianxiety and antidepressant drugs on the behavioral indexes of mice. Methods the stress box consisted of three peripheral arms and the central area. ICR mice were given the antianxiety drug buspirone (0.5 and 1.0 mg kg~ (-1) and the antidepressant mianserin (0.25 and 1.0 mg kg~ (-1), respectively). 0.5 mg kg~ (-1),) The incubation period of entering the central area for the first time, the residence time of the central area, the distance of the activity in the peripheral area, the times of interregional shuttle and the total activity were observed. Results 1 buspirone 0.5 and 1.0 mg kg~ (-1) significantly shortened the latency of entering the central area for the first time by 71.9% (P0.05) and 77.9% (P0.05), respectively. The residence time of central area was increased by 59.5% and 73.8% in a dose-dependent manner (P0.05). Buspirone 0.5 and 1.0 mg kg~ (-1) significantly decreased the number of interregional shuttles in mice (P0.05), but had no significant effect on the distance of activity in the central region, the distance of activity in the peripheral region and the total activity. (2) 0.25 and 0.5 mg kg~ (-1) of mianserine significantly shortened the latency of entering the central area of mice for the first time by 72.4% (P0.05) and 82.3% (P0.05), respectively. The residence time of central area was increased by 39.1% and 43.9% in a dose-dependent manner (P0.05). Mianserin dose-dependently increased the activity distance of central area (P0.05) and the number of interregional shuttle (P0.05), but the distance of activity and the total activity of peripheral area had no significant effect. Conclusion Liang's situational stress box can induce anxiety and / or depression-like emotional response in mice. It can be used as a new animal model to study the pathophysiological mechanism of anxiety and depression syndromes. Screening and evaluation of new anti-anxiety and / or anti-depressants.
