正青霉屬真菌次生代謝產(chǎn)物的研究進(jìn)展

【摘要】:正青霉屬(Eupenicillium)真菌作為有性型青霉屬的重要分支之一,種類多樣,目前已收載了62種。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),該屬真菌的次生代謝產(chǎn)物種類多樣,具有豐富的化學(xué)多樣性。本文從菌株來(lái)源、化合物結(jié)構(gòu)及其生物活性等方面,綜述了自1974年第一個(gè)正青霉屬真菌天然產(chǎn)物到2016年9月已報(bào)道的共66個(gè)正青霉屬真菌來(lái)源的重要天然產(chǎn)物,且50%的化合物表現(xiàn)出細(xì)胞毒、抑菌、抗氧化和抗寄生蟲(chóng)等生物活性,為藥物的研發(fā)提供了潛在的先導(dǎo)化合物,具有很好的研究及藥用開(kāi)發(fā)價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:As one of the important branches of the genus Penicillium, Penicillium (Eupenicillium) has 62 species. It was found that the secondary metabolites of this genus were diverse in species and abundant in chemical diversity. In this paper, the important natural products from 66 natural products of Penicillium from the first natural product of Penicillium in 1974 to the reported in September 2016 were reviewed from the source of strain, structure of compounds and their biological activity. Moreover, 50% of the compounds showed biological activities such as cytotoxicity, bacteriostatic, antioxidation and anti-parasite, which provided potential leading compounds for drug research and development.
