【摘要】：目的:研究羥丙基淀粉空心膠囊的制備工藝。方法:以羥丙基淀粉為原料,通過溶膠、制坯、切割、套合等工序即制得羥丙基淀粉空心膠囊。結(jié)果:最佳工藝條件確定為:羥丙基淀粉和水的用量比為1∶2.5,溶膠溫度和時間分別為60~80℃和1.5 h,膠槽溫度和蘸膠速度分別為50~70℃和3~5次·min-1。結(jié)論:該工藝制得的膠囊質(zhì)量可控,符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定,適合工業(yè)化生產(chǎn)。
