基于高效液相色譜技術(shù)的不同廠家谷維素片主要成分比較

【摘要】:目的:建立高效液相色譜測定谷維素片含量的方法,并分析比較不同生產(chǎn)廠家生產(chǎn)的谷維素片的主要成分。方法:采用Agela Innoval C_(18)色譜柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以乙腈-甲醇-二氯甲烷-冰醋酸(50∶50∶0.3∶0.3)為流動相,流速1.0ml·min~(-1),檢測波長326 nm,柱溫30℃,進樣量20μl。檢測國產(chǎn)與日產(chǎn)谷維素片主要成分。結(jié)果:谷維素在20.10~100.50μg·ml~(-1)范圍內(nèi)線性關(guān)系良好(r=1.000 0),平均回收率為101.2%(RSD=0.4%,n=9)。國產(chǎn)谷維素片主要成分相同,主要成分的含量存在差異,日產(chǎn)谷維素片與國產(chǎn)谷維素片比較,主要成分及其含量均存在較大差異。結(jié)論:該方法簡便、準確可靠,既能用于谷維素片的含量測定,亦能用于谷維素片主要成分的分析比較。
