【摘要】：以經(jīng)皮給藥系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)及產(chǎn)業(yè)化為主體思路,在對經(jīng)皮給藥系統(tǒng)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀認(rèn)識(shí)的基礎(chǔ)上,重點(diǎn)對經(jīng)皮給藥產(chǎn)品研發(fā)中的吸收模型及體內(nèi)外相關(guān)性評(píng)價(jià)研究、產(chǎn)業(yè)化設(shè)備、國內(nèi)外研發(fā)模式等進(jìn)行初步探討,分析經(jīng)皮給藥系統(tǒng)開發(fā)中存在的問題和挑戰(zhàn)并提出相應(yīng)的解決方案,以期為今后國內(nèi)經(jīng)皮給藥制劑的發(fā)展提供思路。
[Abstract]:Taking the development and industrialization of transdermal drug delivery system as the main idea, on the basis of the understanding of the present situation of the development of the transdermal drug delivery system, the study on the absorption model and in vivo and in vitro correlation evaluation of the transdermal drug delivery product development and the evaluation of the correlation between in vivo and in vitro, and the industrialization equipment were emphasized. The research and development models at home and abroad were preliminarily discussed, the problems and challenges in the development of transdermal drug delivery system were analyzed, and the corresponding solutions were put forward, in order to provide ideas for the development of transdermal drug delivery preparations in China in the future.
