【摘要】：目的:探討復(fù)方核黃素(復(fù)方維生素B_2)眼用即型凝膠的配方及其主藥含量的測(cè)定方法。方法:以在室溫25℃和眼表溫度35℃下即型凝膠的膠凝狀態(tài)以及藥物體外釋放度為指標(biāo)篩選即型凝膠基質(zhì)配方;采用高效液相色譜法對(duì)核黃素磷酸鈉、維生素C進(jìn)行含量測(cè)定。結(jié)果:即型凝膠最佳基質(zhì)配方為:1%甲基纖維素、甘油(V_(甘油)∶V_水=1.4∶1)、9%檸檬酸鈉按等體積配比;核黃素磷酸鈉在0.04~0.20 mg·mL~(-1)、維生素C在0.02~0.06 mg·mL~(-1)的范圍內(nèi)線性關(guān)系良好,平均回收率分別為100.34%和99.06%,精密度RSD分別為0.055%和0.98%。結(jié)論:復(fù)方核黃素眼用即型凝膠的配方可行,含量測(cè)定方法穩(wěn)定可靠。
