氣相色譜法測(cè)定甲磺酸達(dá)比加群酯原料藥中正己醇的殘留量

【摘要】:目的:建立測(cè)定甲磺酸達(dá)比加群酯原料藥中正己醇?xì)埩袅康姆椒ā7椒?采用氣相色譜法。以6%氰丙基苯基-94%二甲基聚硅氧烷(DB-624)為固定液的毛細(xì)管柱為色譜柱,氮?dú)鉃檩d氣,采用程序升溫,進(jìn)樣口溫度為180℃,檢測(cè)器(氫焰離子化檢測(cè)器)溫度為250℃,氮?dú)饬魉贋? ml/min,分流比為10∶1,進(jìn)樣量為1μl。結(jié)果:正己醇與溶劑峰及雜質(zhì)峰能有效分離;其質(zhì)量濃度在1~1 000μg/ml范圍內(nèi)與峰面積呈良好的線性關(guān)系(r=0.999 9);方法檢測(cè)靈敏度較高;精密度、重復(fù)性試驗(yàn)的RSD≤1.31%;平均加樣回收率為102.40%,RSD=0.42%(n=9)。結(jié)論:該方法專屬性強(qiáng),操作簡便快速,結(jié)果準(zhǔn)確,能有效地排除主成分降解產(chǎn)生的正己醇干擾,可用于甲磺酸達(dá)比加群酯原料藥中正己醇的殘留量測(cè)定。
