【摘要】：正雙相真菌馬爾尼菲青霉(Penicillium marneffei,PM)感染所致的馬爾尼菲青霉病(Penicilliosis marneffei,PSM)是導(dǎo)致我國南方,尤其是廣西、廣東地區(qū)艾滋病患者死亡的主要感染因素[1,2]。PM可致全身多器官侵襲感染,如得不到正確治療病死率高。然而,目前對PSM抗真菌藥物的選擇仍主要依靠臨床經(jīng)驗,缺乏體外藥敏結(jié)果的支持,其重要原因與尚未建立標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的
[Abstract]:Penicillium marneffei (Penicilliosis marneffei,PSM) caused by the positive biphasic fungus Penicillium marneffei (Penicillium marneffei,PM) is a cause of penicilliosis marneffei in southern China, especially in Guangxi. The main infection factors of AIDS patients in Guangdong area. PM can cause multiple organ invasion and infection, if not treated correctly, the mortality rate is high. However, at present, the selection of antifungal drugs for PSM is still mainly based on clinical experience, which lacks the support of drug sensitivity results in vitro.
