【摘要】：面對婦女健康領(lǐng)域的諸多問題,全科醫(yī)生需要學(xué)習(xí)并掌握全面的、最新的婦女保健知識。澳大利亞Monash大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)、護理和衛(wèi)生科學(xué)部全科醫(yī)學(xué)系主任丹尼爾·馬扎(Danielle Mazza)教授為我們提供了一本很實用的學(xué)習(xí)用書,其主編的《Women's Health in General Practice》,涵蓋了從少女至更年期婦女的整個生命周期中可能遇到的所有問題,包括月經(jīng)問題、避孕、流產(chǎn)、不孕不育、孕前及產(chǎn)后保健、乳腺疾病、泌尿系疾病以及家庭暴力等。本書以病例解析的形式詳細闡述了全科醫(yī)生是如何對上述疾病進行診斷、鑒別診斷、治療、評估和管理的。為方便廣大全科醫(yī)生學(xué)習(xí),中國全科醫(yī)學(xué)雜志社委托海淀區(qū)婦幼保健院對此書進行了翻譯,其中文版《全科醫(yī)學(xué)之婦女保健》現(xiàn)已在國內(nèi)出版發(fā)行,并受到了全科醫(yī)生的廣泛關(guān)注和認(rèn)可。本刊對該書中的部分病例進行了整理并陸續(xù)刊出,以供國內(nèi)全科醫(yī)生借鑒,使其在全科醫(yī)療中為來診者提供具有最新證據(jù)支持的高質(zhì)量的保健咨詢服務(wù)。更多案例分析詳見本刊網(wǎng)站(http://www.chinagp.net)"期刊檢索——電子期刊"版塊。
[Abstract]:In the face of many problems in the field of women's health, general practitioners need to learn and master comprehensive, up-to-date knowledge of women's health. Professor Daniel Mazar (Danielle Mazza), head of the Department of General Medicine, Department of Medicine, Nursing and Health Sciences, University of Monash, Australia, has provided us with a practical study book. Its editor, Women's Health in General Practice, covers all the problems that can be encountered throughout the life cycle of women from adolescent girls to menopausal women, including menstrual problems, contraception, abortion, infertility, pre-pregnancy and postnatal care, breast disease, Urinary diseases and domestic violence. In the form of case analysis, this book details how general practitioners diagnose, differentiate, treat, evaluate and manage these diseases. In order to facilitate the study of the general practitioners, the Chinese Journal of General Medicine commissioned the Haidian District Maternal and Child Health Hospital to translate the book.
