【摘要】：目的:建立測定氫溴酸山莨菪堿片的含量和含量均勻度的方法。方法:采用高效液相色譜法。色譜柱為Sun Fire C8,流動相為乙腈-0.1%庚烷磺酸鈉溶液(用磷酸調節(jié)p H值至2.5)(40∶60,V/V),流速為1.0 ml/min,柱溫為28℃,檢測波長為256 nm,進樣量為10μl。結果:氫溴酸山莨菪堿的質量濃度在2.5~100μg/ml范圍內與峰面積呈良好的線性關系(r=0.999 9);精密度、重復性、穩(wěn)定性試驗的RSD1%;平均加樣回收率為99.27%,RSD為0.67%(n=9)。結論:該方法簡便、快速、準確,適用于氫溴酸山莨菪堿片的含量及含量均勻度的測定。
