【摘要】：正1研究背景有一種腫瘤稱作間變性大細胞淋巴瘤(ALCL),是類罕見的非何杰金T細胞淋巴瘤,多發(fā)生在皮膚、骨骼、軟組織和多種臟器中,這種全身性腫瘤的發(fā)生原因,大多是發(fā)生了t(2;5)(p23;q25)染色體易位,產生了由間變性淋巴瘤激酶(anaplastic lymphoma kinase,ALK)與核磷蛋白(nucleophosmin,NPM)胞內結構域的融合基因,高表達的ALK-NPM蛋白是發(fā)生間變性淋巴瘤、炎性肌纖維細胞瘤和非小細胞肺癌
[Abstract]:Background there is a tumor called anaplastic large cell lymphoma (ALCL), a rare non-Hodgkin 's T-cell lymphoma, which occurs mostly in skin, bone, soft tissue and multiple organs. The translocation of t _ (2) (p23) Q _ (25) chromosome resulted in the fusion gene from anaplastic lymphoma kinase (anaplastic lymphoma kinase,ALK) and nuclear phosphoprotein (nucleophosmin,NPM) domain. The highly expressed ALK-NPM protein was associated with anaplastic lymphoma, inflammatory myofibrocytoma and non-small cell lung cancer.
