氨基柱HPLC法測(cè)定鹽酸氨基葡萄糖及其制劑的含量

【摘要】:目的:建立鹽酸氨基葡萄糖及其制劑的HPLC含量測(cè)定方法。方法:采用Phenomenex Luna NH_2柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5’m);流動(dòng)相:磷酸鹽緩沖液(取磷酸氫二鉀3.5 g,加水1 000 ml使溶解,加入0.25 ml氨水,用磷酸調(diào)節(jié)p H至7.5)-乙腈(25∶75);流速:1.5 ml·min~(-1);檢測(cè)波長(zhǎng):195 nm;柱溫:35℃;進(jìn)樣量20μl。結(jié)果:鹽酸氨基葡萄糖在1.6~16.0 mg·ml~(-1)濃度范圍線性關(guān)系良好(r=0.999 9),片劑及膠囊的平均回收率分別為99.3%和99.5%,RSD均為0.3%(n=9)。結(jié)論:該方法簡(jiǎn)便、準(zhǔn)確,專屬性強(qiáng),適合于鹽酸氨基葡萄糖及其制劑的質(zhì)量控制。
