【摘要】：蛇毒活性肽在臨床上的應(yīng)用價(jià)值已被人們所重視,尤其是將蛇毒多肽開發(fā)成抗腫瘤、抗炎、抗血栓、鎮(zhèn)痛和降壓等新藥已成為當(dāng)今熱點(diǎn)。隨著分子生物學(xué)技術(shù)的發(fā)展,蛇毒的作用機(jī)制也逐漸被闡明。大量研究發(fā)現(xiàn):蛇毒多肽成分主要通過調(diào)控離子通道、調(diào)控細(xì)胞增殖與凋亡、調(diào)控細(xì)胞內(nèi)信號(hào)通路、調(diào)控細(xì)胞因子表達(dá)和與相關(guān)活性位點(diǎn)或受體結(jié)合等發(fā)揮藥理作用。
[Abstract]:The application value of snake venom active peptide in clinic has been paid attention to, especially the development of snake venom peptides as new drugs such as anti-tumor, anti-inflammatory, anti-thrombus, analgesia and hypotension has become a hot spot. With the development of molecular biology technology, the mechanism of snake venom has been elucidated. A large number of studies have found that the peptides of snake venom mainly play a pharmacological role by regulating ion channels, regulating cell proliferation and apoptosis, regulating intracellular signaling pathway, regulating cytokine expression and binding with related active sites or receptors.
