【摘要】：目的:改進醫(yī)院臨時采購藥品審批工作流程,提高工作效率。方法:介紹我院在醫(yī)院辦公自動化(OA)系統(tǒng)中嵌入臨時采購藥品審批工作的功能模塊的情況,并對其應(yīng)用效果進行評價。結(jié)果:通過確定并實施我院臨時采購藥品的行政審批流程、系統(tǒng)功能權(quán)限分配、審批流程設(shè)計等操作,在OA系統(tǒng)中建立了對臨時采購藥品進行審批的功能。這一功能實現(xiàn)了審批工作的方便、快捷、及時和網(wǎng)絡(luò)化、無紙化,以及采購藥品等相關(guān)信息的記錄規(guī)范化,并可隨時查閱及自動統(tǒng)計。結(jié)論:將臨時采購藥品審批功能嵌入進醫(yī)院OA系統(tǒng)中,可簡化該項工作的流程,為臨床提供更好的服務(wù),促進醫(yī)院藥事管理工作的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Objective: to improve the work flow of temporary drug purchase in hospital and improve the efficiency. Methods: the function module of temporary drug purchase approval was embedded in the hospital office automation (OA) system, and its application effect was evaluated. Results: by determining and implementing the administrative approval process, the distribution of system functional authority and the design of approval process, the function of approving temporary purchasing drugs was established in the OA system. This function realizes the convenience, quickness, timeliness and network of examination and approval, paperless, and the record standardization of purchasing drugs and other related information, and can be consulted and automatically counted at any time. Conclusion: embedding the approval function of temporary purchasing drugs into hospital OA system can simplify the process of this work, provide better service for clinic and promote the development of hospital drug management.
