【摘要】：目的:為保證醫(yī)院門診婦產(chǎn)科患者用藥安全、有效提供參考。方法:分別通過制作微信推送消息、視頻和宣傳單的方式選擇我省4家"三甲"醫(yī)院的部分門診婦產(chǎn)科患者進(jìn)行用藥宣教干預(yù),并采用問卷調(diào)查方法比較干預(yù)前后其合理用藥知識認(rèn)知度和依從性的差異。結(jié)果:共發(fā)放問卷60份,回收有效問卷60份,有效回收率為100%。受訪患者對合理用藥知識相關(guān)的20題在認(rèn)知度和依從性兩方面的選擇正確率干預(yù)后均較干預(yù)前有所提高。各組受訪患者的合理用藥知識認(rèn)知度和依從性得分干預(yù)后均高于干預(yù)前,微信推送消息組[(53.18±11.51)分vs.(88.48±7.12)分,(55.15±11.82)分vs.(86.81±7.69)分]、視頻組[(49.50±17.23)分vs.(85.00±11.55)分,(52.00±17.70)分vs.(86.00±6.99)分]、宣傳單組[(41.47±9.14)分vs.(77.05±9.36)分,(43.23±10.89)分vs.(78.82±9.11)分]干預(yù)前后比較,差異均有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05);各組受訪患者的合理用藥知識認(rèn)知度和依從性得分的改善程度之間比較,差異均無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P=0.992和P=0.397)。結(jié)論:3種新型用藥宣教干預(yù)方式均能有效提高醫(yī)院門診婦產(chǎn)科患者的合理用藥知識認(rèn)知度和依從性,藥師可根據(jù)患者不同的文化程度、喜好或接受能力選擇適宜的用藥宣教干預(yù)方式。
[Abstract]:Objective: to ensure the safety of drug use in outpatients of gynecology and obstetrics. Methods: some outpatients of gynecology and obstetrics department in 4 hospitals of our province were selected by making WeChat message, video and propaganda sheet to carry out drug education intervention. A questionnaire survey was used to compare the cognitive and compliance of rational drug use before and after intervention. Results: 60 questionnaires were sent out, 60 valid questionnaires were collected, and the effective recovery rate was 100. The 20 questions related to the knowledge of rational use of drugs were improved after intervention in the two aspects of cognition and compliance. The scores of knowledge cognition and compliance of rational drug use in each group were higher than those before intervention. In the WeChat message group [(53.18 鹵11.51) vs. (88.48 鹵7.12), (55.15 鹵11.82) vs. (86.81 鹵7.69)], the video group [(49.50 鹵17.23) vs. (85.00 鹵11.55), (52.00 鹵17.70) vs. (86.00 鹵6.99)], the propaganda group [(41.47 鹵9.14) vs. (77.05 鹵9.36), (43.23 鹵10.89) vs. (78.82 鹵9.11)]. The difference was statistically significant (P0.05), and there was no significant difference between the patients in each group (P0. 992 and P0. 397) in the improvement of the scores of rational drug use knowledge and compliance (P0. 992 and P0. 397). Conclusion: the three kinds of new drug propaganda and education intervention methods can effectively improve the rational knowledge of drug use and compliance of outpatients with gynecology and obstetrics in hospital, and pharmacists can according to the different educational level of the patients. Like or accept ability to choose appropriate medication propaganda intervention.
