不同處方全腸外營養(yǎng)液的穩(wěn)定性考察

【摘要】:目的:考察臨床常用全腸外營養(yǎng)液(TPN)中的不溶性微粒數(shù)及其配伍穩(wěn)定性,為臨床應(yīng)用提供參考。方法:選擇臨床常用的6種TPN處方,按無菌操作規(guī)程配制后,在室溫(25℃)下,分別考察其在0、1、4、8、24 h各時(shí)間點(diǎn)的外觀、pH值、滲透壓和不溶性微粒數(shù)。結(jié)果:配制后24 h內(nèi),各TPN的外觀及pH值未見明顯變化,滲透壓均900 m Osm/L。對其不溶性微粒數(shù)的考察結(jié)果顯示,加入注射用脂溶性維生素后,TPN中的不溶性微粒數(shù)急劇增加,≥10μm和≥25μm的微粒數(shù)均超出藥典規(guī)定范圍;中/長鏈脂肪乳注射液、水溶性維生素、混合糖電解質(zhì)和微量元素的加入,也使其不溶性微粒數(shù)增加。結(jié)論:中/長鏈脂肪乳注射液、脂溶性/水溶性維生素、維生素C、混合糖電解質(zhì)和微量元素對TPN的不溶性微粒數(shù)均有一定的影響。
