【摘要】：小分子腫瘤血管阻斷劑雖然可以選擇性地破壞惡性腫瘤已形成的新生血管,從而達到治療癌癥的目的,但在臨床試驗中發(fā)現(xiàn)其有腫瘤外血管的不良反應。本文通過回顧小分子腫瘤血管阻斷劑的臨床前研究,總結分析該類藥物對腫瘤外血管的作用影響,警示臨床中可能發(fā)生的藥物不良反應。
[Abstract]:Although small molecular tumor vascular blockers can selectively destroy the neovascularization formed in malignant tumors and thus achieve the purpose of cancer treatment, it is found in clinical trials that it has adverse reactions to external vessels. By reviewing the preclinical studies of small molecular tumor vascular blockers, this paper summarized and analyzed the effects of these drugs on the external vessels of tumor, and warned of the possible adverse drug reactions in clinical practice.
