新型β-環(huán)糊精手性固定相的合成及其對貝凡洛爾的拆分

【摘要】:采用分步法合成一種新型β-環(huán)糊精衍生物并化學鍵合到γ-巰丙基硅膠上.在合成中的每步均對產(chǎn)物進行純化及表征,并確證化合物的結構,采用濕法裝柱將自制的手性固定相裝填成色譜柱(250 mm×4.6 mm×5μm).在高效液相色譜中,流動相為甲醇-25 mmol/L KH_2PO_4(60/40,V/V),流速為0.5 m L/min,檢測波長為259 nm,色譜柱溫為25℃時,此新型β-環(huán)糊精衍生物鍵合硅膠手性固定相對貝凡洛爾表現(xiàn)出良好的分離特性.
[Abstract]:A novel 尾-cyclodextrin derivative was synthesized by a step-step method and chemically bonded to 緯-mercapto-propyl silica gel. The product was purified and characterized in every step of synthesis, and the structure of the compound was confirmed.
