金屬螯合物8-羥基喹啉及其衍生物的藥理作用研究概況

【摘要】:目的:了解金屬螯合物8-羥基喹啉(8HQ)及其衍生物的藥理作用,為具有多種藥理活性的新藥研發(fā)奠定基礎。方法:以"8-羥基喹啉""金屬螯合物""藥理作用""8HQ""Metal chelate""Pharmacological effects"等為關鍵詞,組合查詢Pub Med、谷歌學術及Elsevier電子期刊等數據庫中2000年1月至2015年1月的有關文獻,對8HQ及其衍生物的藥理作用進行綜述。結果與結論:共查閱到相關文獻105篇,其中有效文獻30篇。研究表明,8HQ及其衍生物在體內與金屬離子螯合并可表現出多種藥理作用,如治療神經退行性疾病、抗腫瘤、抗微生物、抗氧化及抗糖尿病等;其研究與應用前景廣闊,可為尋找高效、低毒、具有多種明顯藥理作用的新型橋聯(lián)配合物提供化學物質基礎。
[Abstract]:Aim: to investigate the pharmacological effects of metal chelate 8-hydroxyquinoline (8HQ) and its derivatives, and to establish a foundation for the development of new drugs with various pharmacological activities. Methods: taking "8-hydroxyquinoline", "metal chelate", "pharmacological action", "8HQ", "Metal chelate", "Pharmacological effects" as keywords, the relevant literatures of Pub Med, Google academic and Elsevier electronic journals were searched for from January 2000 to January 2015. The pharmacological effects of 8HQ and its derivatives were reviewed. Results & conclusion: 105 articles were reviewed, 30 of which were valid. It has been shown that the chelate of HY8HQ and its derivatives in vivo can exhibit many pharmacological effects, such as the treatment of neurodegenerative diseases, anti-tumor, anti-microbial, anti-oxidation and anti-diabetes, etc. It can provide chemical basis for finding novel bridging complexes with high efficiency, low toxicity and many obvious pharmacological effects.
