【摘要】：目的:優(yōu)化伏立康唑磺丁基醚-β-環(huán)糊精包合物的制備工藝。方法:采用振蕩法制備伏立康唑磺丁基醚-β-環(huán)糊精包合物,將伏立康唑包合率作為指標,采用星點設(shè)計法,設(shè)定三因素五水平考察包合溫度、包合時間、磺丁基醚-β-環(huán)糊精與伏立康唑投料比對包合工藝的影響,并分別進行多元線性、二項式方程和三項式方程擬合,建立模型,效應面法選取最優(yōu)工藝。結(jié)果:伏立康唑磺丁基醚-β-環(huán)糊精包合工藝為:包合溫度32℃、時間1.9 h、磺丁基醚-β-環(huán)糊精與伏立康唑投料比2.1∶1,伏立康唑的包合率預測值與實際值的偏差為2.6%。結(jié)論:以星點設(shè)計-效應面法建立的數(shù)學模型預測效果良好,該方法適用于伏立康唑磺丁基醚-β-環(huán)糊精包合物的制備工藝優(yōu)化。
[Abstract]:Objective: to optimize the preparation process of the inclusion compound of vlikonazole sulfonated Ding Ji ether-尾-cyclodextrin. Methods: the inclusion rate of vlikonazole sulfonate Ding Ji-尾-cyclodextrin was prepared by oscillating method. The inclusion rate of vlikonazole was used as an index. The inclusion temperature and time were determined by three factors and five levels. The effect of the ratio of sulfosulfonate ether- 尾 -cyclodextrin and voleconazole on the inclusion process was studied. The multicomponent linear equation, binomial equation and trinomial equation were fitted respectively. The model was established and the optimal process was selected by the effect surface method.
