【摘要】：選擇性雌激素受體調(diào)節(jié)劑(selective estrogen receptor modulators,SERMs)是一類能與雌激素受體結(jié)合的類似雌激素的非甾體化合物,依據(jù)靶組織和激素的內(nèi)環(huán)境不同而具有雌激素受體刺激或拮抗作用。SERMs主要通過清除氧自由基和抑制脂質(zhì)過氧化,調(diào)節(jié)NO和一氧化氮合酶水平,抑制線粒體膜通透性轉(zhuǎn)換,改善線粒體內(nèi)游離脂肪酸的代謝,調(diào)控非基因轉(zhuǎn)錄活性通路等機(jī)制發(fā)揮抗氧化作用。
[Abstract]:Selective estrogen receptor modulator (selective estrogen receptor modulators,SERMs) is a class of estrogen-like nonsteroidal compounds that bind to estrogen receptors. According to the different internal environment of target tissues and hormones, the estrogen receptor stimulates or antagonizes. SERMs regulate the levels of NO and nitric oxide synthase by scavenging oxygen free radicals and inhibiting lipid peroxidation, and inhibits mitochondrial membrane permeability. To improve the metabolism of free fatty acids in mitochondria and regulate the non-gene transcriptional pathway to play an antioxidant role.
