【摘要】：本文通過(guò)分析FDA等藥品監(jiān)管機(jī)構(gòu)公開(kāi)的藥品說(shuō)明書(shū)和評(píng)價(jià)報(bào)告等信息,總結(jié)具有代表性的已上市抗2型糖尿病藥物的生殖毒性信息和安全性范圍,為2型糖尿病藥物的非臨床安全性評(píng)價(jià)和臨床生殖毒性風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制措施的制訂提供參考。
[Abstract]:This paper summarizes the reproductive toxicity information and safety range of the representative anti-type 2 diabetes drugs by analyzing the drug specifications and evaluation reports published by the FDA and other drug regulatory agencies, and provides a reference for the non-clinical safety evaluation of type 2 diabetes drugs and the formulation of clinical reproductive toxicity risk control measures.
