【摘要】：目的:探討臨床藥師培訓(xùn)的新方法,以為提高臨床藥師培訓(xùn)質(zhì)量提供參考。方法:在充分認(rèn)識層次遞進(jìn)(SPL)-解決問題(PBL)結(jié)合教學(xué)法的概念和特點(diǎn)的基礎(chǔ)上,在臨床藥師培訓(xùn)基地學(xué)員培訓(xùn)過程中,將SPL-PBL結(jié)合教學(xué)法應(yīng)用于理論知識和臨床實(shí)踐的教學(xué)中。理論知識的教學(xué)課程上半部分以SPL法為主,下半部分以PBL法為主。臨床實(shí)踐教學(xué)中,查房、醫(yī)囑審核、參與制訂治療方案、病例討論的教學(xué),以PBL法為主,中間穿插SPL法;問診、藥學(xué)監(jiān)護(hù)、用藥教育,以SPL法為主,中間穿插PBL法。結(jié)果:SPL-PBL結(jié)合教學(xué)法不但有效地調(diào)動了學(xué)員學(xué)習(xí)的積極性,增強(qiáng)了責(zé)任心,提高了臨床專業(yè)知識和實(shí)踐能力,還加強(qiáng)了學(xué)員的溝通能力、文獻(xiàn)檢索能力、文字表達(dá)能力、自學(xué)能力("四能"),提高了主觀能動性。結(jié)論:SPL-PBL結(jié)合教學(xué)法,既兼顧了學(xué)員個(gè)體的差異性又調(diào)動了學(xué)員的積極性,既兼顧了學(xué)員基礎(chǔ)理論知識的教授又加強(qiáng)了學(xué)員臨床思維和"四能"的培養(yǎng),可用于臨床藥師培訓(xùn)。同時(shí),SPL法的合理運(yùn)用降低了PBL法對學(xué)員綜合素質(zhì)等的要求,從而擴(kuò)大了PBL法的應(yīng)用范圍。由于該教學(xué)法的應(yīng)用時(shí)間尚短,在教學(xué)實(shí)踐中還需對其不斷的加以完善。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore a new method of clinical pharmacist training and to provide reference for improving the quality of clinical pharmacist training. Methods: on the basis of fully understanding the concept and characteristics of hierarchical progressive (SPL)-problem-solving (PBL) combined teaching method, the combined SPL-PBL teaching method was applied to the teaching of theoretical knowledge and clinical practice in the course of training students in clinical pharmacist training base. The SPL method is the main method in the teaching of theoretical knowledge and the PBL method is the main method in the second half. In the clinical practice teaching, including the inspection of the clinic, the examination of the doctor's orders, the participation in making the treatment plan, the teaching of the case discussion, the teaching of the PBL method, the intermediate intercalation of the SPL method, the inquiry, the pharmaceutical monitoring, the medicine education, the SPL method mainly, the middle intercalation PBL method. Results the teaching method combined with SPL-PBL not only effectively mobilized the students' enthusiasm in learning, enhanced their sense of responsibility, improved their clinical professional knowledge and practical ability, but also strengthened their ability of communication, literature retrieval and text expression. Self-study ability ("four abilities"), improve the subjective initiative. Conclusion the combination of the teaching method with SPL-PBL not only takes into account the differences of individual students, but also arouses the enthusiasm of the students. It not only takes into account the basic theoretical knowledge of the students, but also strengthens the cultivation of the students' clinical thinking and "four abilities", which can be used in the training of clinical pharmacists. At the same time, the reasonable application of PBL method reduces the requirements of PBL method for students' comprehensive quality, and thus expands the scope of application of PBL method. Because the application time of this teaching method is still short, it needs to be perfected continuously in teaching practice.
