毒理基因組學應(yīng)用的研究進展

【摘要】:化合物安全評定一直是人們關(guān)注的焦點。隨著科技的發(fā)展,毒理基因組學在化合物安全評定過程中的應(yīng)用引起了研究者們的重視。毒理基因組學是利用DNA微陣列技術(shù)研究化合物作用于機體后的基因變化,將毒理基因組學技術(shù)與傳統(tǒng)毒理學及組織病理學相結(jié)合,評價和預(yù)測化合物毒性的一門學科。近些年,研究者們在毒理基因組學方面的研究取得了較大進展。文章就毒理基因組學的應(yīng)用平臺及其在化合物心臟毒性、腎臟毒性、免疫毒性評定過程中的應(yīng)用進行了綜述,同時列出了部分國內(nèi)外研究者報道的毒性標志基因。
[Abstract]:The safety assessment of compounds has always been the focus of attention. With the development of science and technology, the application of toxicology in the safety assessment of compounds has attracted much attention. Toxicogenomics is a subject that uses DNA microarray technology to study the genetic changes of compounds acting on the body, and combines toxicology genomics with traditional toxicology and histopathology to evaluate and predict the toxicity of compounds. In recent years, researchers have made great progress in toxicogenomics. In this paper, the application platform of toxicology genomics and its application in the assessment of cardiac toxicity, renal toxicity and immunotoxicity of compounds are reviewed, and the toxic marker genes reported by some researchers at home and abroad are listed.
