【摘要】：目的:評價全球兒童合理用藥國家藥物政策現(xiàn)狀及實施情況,為建立適合我國國情的兒童合理用藥國家藥物政策提供決策依據(jù)。方法:檢索國內(nèi)外相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)庫,查閱世界衛(wèi)生組織(WHO)、歐盟以及多個國家和地區(qū)的藥品管理相關(guān)網(wǎng)站,用預(yù)先設(shè)計的數(shù)據(jù)提取表收集兒童合理用藥政策相關(guān)信息,并進行歸納、總結(jié)和分析。結(jié)果:最終納入45篇文獻,涉及WHO和歐盟、美國、加拿大、英國、愛爾蘭、荷蘭、德國、西班牙、法國、澳大利亞、新西蘭、中國、印度、韓國、日本、南非等多個國家和地區(qū)。各國兒童合理用藥國家藥物政策共同關(guān)注的要點包括促進兒童藥物臨床試驗的開展,制定和推廣兒童基本藥物目錄,制定和推廣國家兒童處方集、標(biāo)準治療指南等用藥標(biāo)準,促進兒童藥物上市后的監(jiān)測等4個方面。美國、歐盟和日本制定了兒童藥物臨床試驗的國家法規(guī)政策,WHO、南非和印度制定了兒童基本藥物目錄,WHO、英國和我國制定了兒童處方集。結(jié)論:建議相關(guān)部門參考美國和歐盟等國家和地區(qū)的經(jīng)驗,建立適合我國兒童疾病負擔(dān)和用藥情況的國家藥物政策。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the current situation and implementation of the national drug policy for children in the world, and to provide a decision basis for the establishment of a national drug policy for children with rational drug use. Methods: the relevant databases at home and abroad were searched, and the (WHO), European Union of the World Health Organization (WHO) and the drug management websites of many countries and regions were consulted, and the relevant information on the rational drug use policies of children was collected and summarized by pre-designed data extraction table. Summary and analysis Results: finally, 45 articles were included, covering WHO and EU, USA, Canada, UK, Ireland, Netherlands, Germany, Spain, France, Australia, New Zealand, China, India, Korea, Japan, South Africa and many other countries and regions. The key points of common concern in national drug policies for rational use of children in various countries include promoting clinical trials of children's drugs, developing and popularizing catalogues of essential drugs for children, developing and promoting national prescriptions for children, standard treatment guidelines, etc. To promote the monitoring of children's drugs after marketing. The United States, the European Union and Japan have formulated national regulations and policies for clinical trials of children's drugs, South Africa and India have formulated a catalogue of essential drugs for children, and the United Kingdom and China have formulated prescriptions for children. Conclusion: it is suggested that the relevant departments should refer to the experiences of countries and regions such as the United States and the European Union and establish a national drug policy suitable for the burden of disease and drug use among children in China.
