【摘要】：目的:了解基于電子醫(yī)療檔案的藥品不良反應自動監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)發(fā)展概況,為ADR自動監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)建設提供參考。方法:通過文獻回顧性研究,歸納國內(nèi)外ADR自動監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)結構、標準、方法等方面研究與建設現(xiàn)狀,思考并展望國內(nèi)下一步工作趨向。結果:美歐開發(fā)的自動監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)OMOP、MS、EU-ADR、PROTECT已應用多年,數(shù)據(jù)標準化、信號探測、流行病學方法創(chuàng)新、統(tǒng)計學模型開發(fā)等技術方面相對成熟。國內(nèi)基于觸發(fā)器技術的自動監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)建設已有顯著進步,但多屬于科研團隊在監(jiān)測方法、管理模式等的探索性研究,尚沒有成型的自動監(jiān)測網(wǎng)絡,文本識別技術應用尚待提升。結論:有待結合國情深化ADR事件偵測、方法學、質控標準、網(wǎng)絡建設等研究,提高ADR自動監(jiān)測效能,以獲取詳實的藥物安全性評價數(shù)據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the development of automatic monitoring system for adverse drug reactions based on electronic medical records, and to provide reference for the construction of ADR automatic monitoring system. Methods: based on the literature review, the current situation of research and construction of ADR automatic monitoring system at home and abroad was summarized, including the structure, standards, methods and so on, and the future work in China was considered and prospected. Results: the automatic monitoring system (OMOP,MS,EU-ADR,PROTECT) developed by America and Europe has been applied for many years. The techniques of data standardization, signal detection, epidemiological method innovation and statistical model development are relatively mature. The construction of automatic monitoring system based on flip-flop technology in China has made remarkable progress, but most of them belong to the exploratory research of monitoring methods and management modes. There is no formed automatic monitoring network, and the application of text recognition technology needs to be improved. Conclusion: it is necessary to deepen the research of ADR event detection, methodology, quality control standard, network construction and so on, so as to improve the efficiency of automatic monitoring of ADR in order to obtain detailed drug safety evaluation data.
