醫(yī)療機構(gòu)門診用藥溯源管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計與應(yīng)用

【摘要】:目的:構(gòu)建醫(yī)療機構(gòu)門診用藥溯源管理體系,逐步完善門診藥品的溯源管理。方法:基于條形碼技術(shù)自主研發(fā)醫(yī)療機構(gòu)門診用藥溯源管理系統(tǒng),并從系統(tǒng)環(huán)境、架構(gòu)設(shè)計及系統(tǒng)功能等方面對其進行介紹,從藥品發(fā)放時間差異、調(diào)配差錯及退藥處理和適用性調(diào)查方面對該系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用效果進行評價。結(jié)果:該系統(tǒng)基于醫(yī)院信息系統(tǒng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境,采用客戶機/服務(wù)器(C/S)網(wǎng)絡(luò)體系(B/S)結(jié)合的架構(gòu)方式進行設(shè)計,設(shè)置了角色權(quán)限管理、數(shù)據(jù)提取、信息對照、數(shù)據(jù)采集及數(shù)據(jù)查詢等功能模塊。該系統(tǒng)可與藥品電子監(jiān)管碼、商品碼及其他可溯源條形碼相匹配,通過軟件交互實現(xiàn)藥品由醫(yī)院到使用者的全程可追溯,同時還實現(xiàn)了發(fā)藥環(huán)節(jié)的計算機輔助校對以有效降低門診發(fā)藥差錯。應(yīng)用該系統(tǒng)后門診單張?zhí)幏狡骄l(fā)藥時間延長了9 s;1個月內(nèi)攔截配藥差錯24起,查證非本院藥品退藥4起;在受問卷調(diào)查的藥師中,100%對該系統(tǒng)的適用性表示認可。結(jié)論:該系統(tǒng)可實現(xiàn)門診藥房藥品的溯源管理,且適用性好,并進一步提高了醫(yī)療機構(gòu)藥品安全管控能力。
[Abstract]:Objective: to construct the management system of drug traceability in outpatient clinic and improve the traceability management. Methods: based on barcode technology, a medical outpatient drug traceability management system was developed, and the system environment, architecture design and system function were introduced. The application effect of the system was evaluated in the aspects of disposition error, drug return treatment and applicability investigation. Results: based on the network environment of hospital information system, the system was designed by client / server (C / S) network system (B / S), and the role rights management, data extraction and information comparison were set up. Data acquisition and data query and other functional modules. The system can match the electronic regulatory code, commodity code and other traceable bar codes of drugs, and can be traced from hospital to user through software interaction. At the same time, the computer-aided proofreading of drug dispensing is realized to effectively reduce the outpatient dispensing errors. After the application of the system, the average dispensing time of single prescription was prolonged for 9 s, 24 cases of dispensing errors were intercepted within one month, 4 cases of drug withdrawal were verified, and 100% of the pharmacists surveyed approved the applicability of the system. Conclusion: this system can realize the traceability management of outpatient pharmacy drugs, and has good applicability, and further improves the ability of drug safety control in medical institutions.
